Places to visit
The Tower of London! See the dreaded tower where you might have got your head chopped off.
Hampton Court Palace where Henry VIII had had his court. This has fantastic activities for children of all ages.
Stirling Castle. This is where the Kings and Queens of Scotland lived including Mary Queen of Scots. There is a great exhibition for children which includes dressing up, smelling things, and plenty of interactive fun.
The Mary Rose. This ship was in Henry VIII’s navy and has been recently restored. The museum has regular Tudor events.
